Registration Rates
Registration cost includes light breakfast, coffee and snack breaks, and lunch.

*To qualify for this rate, you must be a current member of a Midwestern chapter/group of at least one of the following professional associations related to learning and development (L&D): Association for Talent Development (ATD), Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Organization Development Network (ODN), or Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
Group Discount: Register and pay for five (5) or more people in a single transaction, and save 10% off each person's registration cost.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All event registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@chicagoelearningshowcase.com. Provide your name and the email address you entered during registration. The amount of the refund will depend on the date you send your request and the payment method you used.
Requests submitted at least eight (8) days before the event
- Original transaction paid by credit or debit card: Receive a full refund of the registration rate you paid.
- Original transaction paid by business check: Receive a refund of the registration rate you paid minus a nonrefundable $5 transaction fee per person charged by the registration system.
Requests submitted seven (7) days or less before the event
- Any payment method: Receive a partial refund equal to the registration rate you paid minus a fee of $40 per person for charges that we will not be able to recover.
Within 7 days of the event, we have already placed the catering order and will be charged for your breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Registration and payment processing fees for your original transaction also won’t be returned to us.
