Steps to Become an Exhibitor or Sponsor
Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor or sponsor for this year's event. After you have received email confirmation that you are approved as a potential exhibitor or sponsor, complete the steps below.
- Review the Exhibitor & Sponsor Levels & Benefits
- Choose your exhibitor or sponsor level.
- Download and fill out the agreement form.
- Register your organization as an exhibitor or sponsor at https://atdchi.org/event-6193118/Registration
- Provide contact information.
- Upload your completed agreement.
- Upload your logo.

- Submit your payment.
(Pay by credit or debit card online or by check.)
- Register each individual using your complimentary pass(es) separately at https://atdchi.org/event-6193180/Registration
(See below for the number of complimentary passes allotted to your exhibitor or sponsor level.)
- Enter the individual's email address.
- Choose the Exhibitor or Sponsor registration rate.
- When prompted, enter the code sent via email.
- Provide contact information, lunch choice, and other details.
Logo File Requirements
To ensure that your logo displays well in various media (website, email newsletter, app, etc.), the file should meet the following requirements.
- Format: .ai, .pdf (Adobe Illustrator), .eps, .psd, .png, or .jpg
- Resolution: At least 300 dpi
- Dimensions: At least 3 inches wide but still readable when reduced to 1.8 inches or less
Number of Complimentary Passes per Exhibitor/Sponsor Level
- Exhibitor: One (1) complimentary pass
- Silver Sponsor: Three (3) complimentary passes
- Gold Sponsor: Four (4) complimentary passes
- Platinum Sponsor: Five (5) complimentary passes
- Strategic Partner: Five (5) complimentary passes
